It's good to have Roadside Assistance and Second Car on hand.
When contracting leasing, we offer you, in cooperation with ORYX Assistance, the possibility of contracting a unique package of Roadside Assistance and Second Car services. In the event that something "squeaks" in traffic, technical assistance on the road and maintaining mobility will definitely come in handy.
Roadside assistance is a service provided by ORYX Assistance that provides the following technical assistance:
- vehicle repair on the road (minor repairs that can be performed on site, such as removing the wrong fuel),
- refueling, replacing wheels and tires, replacing or charging the battery, unlocking a locked vehicle, etc.
- transporting the vehicle to a location of the client's choice,
- organizing and using a replacement vehicle in the event of a breakdown or accident,
- unlimited use of the Road Angel application.
Road Angel includes:
- the E-Call option (automatic call in the event of an accident),
- the B-Call option (calling for roadside assistance in the event of an accident),
- warnings for speeding and excessive noise in the vehicle, and
- digital sharing of the driving route (email, Facebook and other social networks, SMS, Viber, WhatsApp).
Second Car is an innovative service from ORYX Assistance that enables the use of a replacement vehicle in the event of damage to the car, during the processing of damage under the motor liability policy (AO) and vehicle repair in the service center. The Second Car product includes:
- delivery of a replacement vehicle to the address of the client's choice (e.g. to the service center, to the home address, etc.),
- use of the replacement vehicle for up to 5 or 10 days (depending on the selected product package)
- collection of the replacement vehicle from the address of the client's choice.
To use the Roadside Assistance or Second Car services, simply call the 24/7 contact center. In case of calls from Croatia, you need to call the toll-free number 0800 05 02 or +385 1 6269 842 for calls from abroad.

The decision on approval is made by the credit committee, depending on the credit worthiness of the client and the assessment of the leasing object. The final terms of the lease are defined in the Lease Agreement.
How to Get a Lease?
Select the Asset With Your Supplier
Select the asset you would like to lease.
Submit the Documentation
Submit the asset offer and a filled Lease Approval Application together with the relevant documentation.
Sign the Agreement
After an assessment of creditworthiness and approval by Raiffeisen Leasing, we invite you to sign the agreement and the associated documentation.
Take Over the Asset
After signing the agreement, you can take over your selected asset and start using it.
