Info on submitting praise, suggestions and complaints

 

Contribute to the quality of our services by submitting your suggestions, praise and complaints.

If you would like to express your praise/complaint, please, fill in the attached Form.

The form can be delivere electronically or sent to the company address (Raiffeisen Leasing d.o.o., Magazinska cesta 69, 10000 Zagreb), marked as “Complaint”.

If you believe that your rights have been violated in your business relationship with Raiffeisen Leasing d.o.o. in Zagreb, please file your complaint within 30 days from the said incident/situation to Raiffeisen Leasing d.o.o. The written complaint should be marked as “Complaint”.

The complaint will be processed as soon as possible as required by law.

Your report/complaint should contain a detailed description of the incident/situation. If the documentation that verifies the validity of your complaint exists, please enclose it with the form. In cases of incomplete descriptions of the incident/situation and/or evidence, Raiffeisen Leasing d.o.o. may request you provide additional information/documentation.
